GPS Tournament directors send us email about hotel they booked rooms for our 2003 girls team close to the field they should be playing.

Here is a link for you to pass on to your GU17 2003 team to book individual rooms in the block I am holding for you at the Courtyard by Marriott Littleton for the GPS Thanksgiving Showcase. Other hotel details and rates are on the form.

The link will close at midnight on Sunday, November 3^rd. I will submit the rooming list to the hotel and send you the confirmation numbers once I receive them.

The team cancellation is deadline is October 30. A team cancellation is defined as 50% or more of the block being cancelled. The individual cancellation deadline is Thursday, November 21. Full details below.

Team Cancellation Policy: A Team Cancellation within 30 days of check-in will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty. A Team Cancellation is defined as 50% or more of the team's rooms being cancelled.

Individual Cancellation Policy:  Individuals have until 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 21 to make any changes to their reservations without penalty.  Changes must be made by emailing . Rooms cancelled or reduced in room nights after the individual cancellation policy will be subject to 100% cancellation penalty by the Hotel.  In the event that a Guest who has reserved a room with the Group Block checks out prior to the Guest's reserved Checkout Date, an early departure fee of one night room and tax will be charged to that Guest's individual account. 

Act of God Clause: In the event the Tournament is cancelled as a result of unplayable fields, deposits will be refunded to individuals, even if not within the cancellation time frame prior to Guests arrival.
